Products
Our PCB Technical capability extends from Schematic/Project Design and PCB Layout through to manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards from single sided to high layer count multilayer. Flexible, Flex-Rigid, Microwave, Aluminium Backed and High Density Interconnection circuits are also available, incorporating technologies such as Controlled/Matched Impedance, Blind/Buried Via holes, Filled Vias, Buried Passives and Metal Core constructions.
Service
Through our UK manufacturing facility, we supply fast turn prototyping and small batch production in a standard lead-time of 10 working days with the ability to provide product in as little as 12 hours if necessary. Offshore we can source medium to high volume requirements, delivered in 7 days to 4 weeks.
Assembly
Additionally, CTL's customers can take advantage of our Turnkey Assembly service for prototype, pre-production and volume quantities. We will fully project manage your requirement from concept through to box-build and test.
Fully assembled product lead-times are from as little as 5 days from receipt of a complete manufacturing package and kit of components.
Reliability
We are able to provide a comprehensive range of quality approvals and systems through our working partners; ISO 9001/2, ISO 140001, TS16949, MIL, IPC, QS9000 and of course Underwriters Laboratories are available to compliment your project. Being conscious of our responsibility for the environment CTL take seriously our ability to provide full RoHS compliancy to our customer base. Not just Lead-Free but restricted concentration levels of cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium as well as polybrominated byphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers have been reviewed at our facility in the UK and with our volume suppliers in the Far East. All aspects of our business are continuously analysed to assess their impact on the planet, both in the short and long term.
